local food technology startup Good
Eggs has raised $8.5 million in series A funding led by Sequoia
with participation from Collaborative
Fund, Harrison
Metal, Max
Ventilla, and others. Good Eggs will use the capital to expand its
farm-to-fridge delivery platform. Founded in 2011 by Rob
Spiro and Alon
Salant, Good Eggs' mission is to grow and sustain local food systems
worldwide.
